MACHINING
CNC Milling
We use large Vertical Machining centers that are capable of holding tolerances to +-.0001. We also have multiple manual mills, drills and various other machine shop support equipment necessary to provide a wide range of machined components.
CNC Turning
We have multiple CNC machines capable of processing a wide range of parts and holding tolerances to +-.0001. We have various mills, drills, tapping heads and work holding applications for shop support and to perform second operations on our turned components.
Quality Control
We insure compliance with drawings and specifications for all parts made by the machine and fab shop. Our technicians use a variety of precision measuring gauges, optical comparator and other instruments to ensure dimensional accuracy.
Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art CNC lathes and machining centers for precision machining on a wide variety of metal and plastic materials.
